New Member Experience

Delta Gamma- Gamma Xi works extremely hard to welcome, include, and teach each of our New members the meanings behind all things DG. The start of the New Member Pursuit is an exciting one. Once you receive a bid from our wonderful chapter, we celebrate with a large bid day celebration! This event is to welcome our new sisters in the most extraordinary way. We play fun music and take TONS of cute pictures, all while getting to know each other. After that, our new members spend weeks learning the history and traditions of Delta Gamma. This is an exciting process that we highlight with our new member retreat. This event is a relaxed, fun activity that offers our new members even more opportunities to get to know one another.  Toward the end of the pursuit, each member is matched with their "Big Sister." This is a connection most members never forget. Your big is someone you can always rely on, and they will love and support you no matter what.
